I hope today is the day you decide to start focusing on your body and mind health. You are worthy of all remarkable things, so I created this blog as a tool for your personal growth—to help you get in shape, begin meditating, end sedentarism, and prevent diseases.

My contribution is to show you the way to become the best version of yourself. All you need to do is act and enjoy the results. We are in this together, and you can rest assured that every piece of information you will find is scientifically researched.

I will be real about the downsides of extreme diets, intense workouts, the side effects of lack of sleep, and living with guilt. Additionally, I will expose myths about food habits, insufficiently researched diets, and harmful sports practices or extreme spirituality. The internet is flooded with inaccurate, false, or misleading information.

My name is Ana-Maria, a 42-year-old millennial committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle. I am a certified physical therapist since 2008, having earned my license at the University of Kinetotherapy in Bucharest, Romania. I began my career as a physical therapist and have dedicated the last 19 years to helping patients with various diagno

My name is Ana-Maria, a 42-year-old millennial committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle. I am a certified physical therapist since 2008, having earned my license at the University of Kinetotherapy in Bucharest, Romania. I began my career as a physical therapist and have dedicated the last 19 years to helping patients with various diagnoses and post-surgery rehabilitation.Also, I have a 2-year master’s degree in Nutrition-Body Reshaping and a 1-year degree in Journalism.

My passion for personal growth and helping others has led me to collaborate weekly with incredible patients. My interest in longevity began in my 30's when I became aware of how our choices significantly impact our health. Poor habits such as food overconsumption, mental clutter, inadequate sleep, ineffective stress management, and a sedentary lifestyle can have devastating effects. Conditions like stroke and AVC often stem from decades of neglect, leading to severe repercussions for both body and mind. As we enter our 40's, we start to confront the consequences of these choices, which can create an environment for diseases to flourish.

After a grueling 10 days post hurricane Irma when I lived in St Maarten Caribbean, I faced immense pain and darkness. My first Amazon book, “FROM EVERYTHING TO NOTHING,” was born.

Sharing my story has been a healing journey, connecting me with supportive readers and helping me overcome depression and trauma. The Warrior Journal blog serves as an extension of my author life, focusing on personal growth and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
