1. Legal Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you “User” and Ana-Maria Cretu, The Warrior Journal "Seller”.

By accessing this website or purchasing any digital product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

2. Nature of Products

We sell digital eBooks and downloadable content only.

No physical goods are shipped.

Upon successful payment, access to the digital product is granted electronically.

3. Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD and may include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed before delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or technical errors.

If a pricing or technical error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

5. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Under Article 16(m) of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014:

Once the download or access to the digital eBook has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal, you no longer have the legal right to cancel the purchase.

By completing the purchase, you expressly agree to:

Immediate delivery of digital content
Waive your 14-day withdrawal right

6. Intellectual Property

All eBooks and content are protected under Law No. 8/1996 on Copyright.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the purchased eBook for personal use only.

You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense
Share download links
Upload to file-sharing platforms
Modify and sell derivative works
Use content for commercial purposes

Violation may result in:

Immediate termination of access
Legal action
Claims for damages

7. User Conduct

When using this website, you agree NOT to:

Engage in unlawful activity
Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
Upload malicious code
Harass or abuse others
Post spam or unauthorized promotions

We reserve the right to block access without notice.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or permanently disable access if:

Fraud is suspected
Payment disputes are initiated unfairly
Terms are violated
Copyright infringement occurs

No refund will be granted in such cases.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Digital Products (eBooks)

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on this website are intangible digital goods delivered electronically. Due to their nature, they cannot be physically returned.

.2. No Standard Return Right

According to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, the 14-day withdrawal right does NOT apply once:

The download/access has started
You gave prior express consent
You acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal

By purchasing, you agree to these conditions.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

Although not legally required after download access begins, we may grant refunds in the following cases:

Duplicate payment
Technical failure preventing download (not caused by user device or internet)
Corrupted file that cannot be replaced
Accidental double purchase of the same product

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

4. When Refunds Will NOT Be Granted

Refunds will not be provided if:

You changed your mind
You no longer want the product
You expected different results
You failed to read the product description
You lack compatible software
You claim non-receipt but download logs confirm access
You initiate a chargeback without contacting us first

Fraudulent refund claims may result in permanent access restriction.

5. Refund Procedure

Order number
Date of purchase
Detailed explanation
Proof (if applicable)

We respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Method

If approved:

Refund will be issued using the original payment method
Processing time: 5–14 business days (depending on payment provider)

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a bank chargeback, you must contact us. Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Permanent ban
Recovery actions
